This Crossing the Threshold journey is for the woman who knows that she doesn’t just want information on how to meet the Threshold, but wants Midwifing and support through this Threshold.

- A 90 minute initial Threshold Mapping Session (if not already booked separately)
- 2 Coaching sessions per month, 75 minutes each (10 in total)
- Embodiment practices in-between sessions for you to deepen

Crossing the Threshold
5 Months of fully customised, 121 soul midwifing to support you in crossing your Threshold.
Women who feel that they are at a Threshold moment in their life. This could look like:
- Feeling a longing for more in your life
- Navigating loss or grief
- Healing from sickness and health challenges
- Considering leaving a job or starting your own soul-work
- Considering leaving a relationship or divorce
- A knowing that something BIG, or a new chapter is coming
- Negotiating the deep transitions that Mid-Life brings
… and many others.
Thresholds show up in different ways for each of us, but there is a usually a part of you, an inner call or quiet voice inside you that knows… that it is time to step into MORE of you.
During our time together in sessions, we will focus on:
- Places you feel stuck or find yourself looping in old patterns
- Creating safety and connection within your body – so that you can hear and trust your truth and receive deepening clarity
- Gentle accountability and support with moving forward in your life
- Cultivating support and holding as you navigate your Threshold
- Returning to your embodied truth and clarity to navigate by
In between sessions, you’ll have access to suggested embodiment and deepening practices, meditations and rituals — and have the opportunity to share insights and ask follow-up questions via email.
Crossing the Threshold is a sacred container where I will meet you as you step up to be at this Threshold with me.
There is no formula, no set of rules to follow at the Threshold – this work looks different for every person, and we flow accordingly.
My work prioritises supporting you to create safety and grounding within yourself, so that you can deeply feel your truth.

Hi, I’m Ellie, your Threshold Midwife…
I know what it is like to feel called to the Threshold, while feeling deeply stuck in overwhelm, denial, patterns of over-thinking and self-criticism, and lack of clarity on how to move forward.
Some of my own Threshold initiations have taken the form of leaving an abusive marriage, health crises, and leaving a successful corporate career to follow the call of my sacred work.
These passages are initiations that call us home to our soul path: To the truth of who we are and the medicine we came here to share.
