I’m Ellie, and I know what it is like to stand at the Threshold, while feeling deeply stuck in overwhelm, denial, patterns of over-thinking and self-criticism, and lack of clarity on how to move forward.
Some of my own agonising Threshold initiations have taken the form of breaking free from an abusive marriage, being dragged into the underworld through health crises, and summoning the courage to leave a successful corporate career – with no idea what lay ahead.
In my Threshold Midwifing, I weave my intuitive gifts, lived experience and training (including as an initiated Scent Priestess, as a VITA™ Certified Sex, Love and Relationships Coach, and Intuitive Astrologer) to help you meet your truth at the Threshold, and birth yourself into who you came here to be.
My commitment is to meet you at this Threshold with fiercely tender holding. I hold a steady, warm and grounding presence for you to arrive at your deepest truths.
I know that navigating these thresholds can feel scary and overwhelming – and so I meet whatever is coming up for you with a depth of presence and grounded tenderness… so that you can feel resourced in meeting your truth.

Orient Towards the Threshold that’s Calling you & Unearth your Inner Truth
In these sessions, you’ll be guided to connect with your inner truth so that you can feel how to navigate forward
We’ll shift through blocks, places where you feel stuck, and reconnect you to your inner spark of aliveness
In these sessions, I weave embodiment coaching, astrology & ritual
These sessions aren’t about outsourcing your knowing
They’re about being held as you discover your knowing.
The Process
1) When you schedule your session, you’ll be invited to complete an intake form, where you can reflect and share what is alive for you
2) We’ll work somatically to gain clarity on the threshold you are being called to, where you need support, and connect you into your inner, embodied truth and knowing
3) We’ll reference your current astrological cycles (transits), natal chart, your Venus cycle signature, and/or astrocartography (if you are planning on relocating as part of your threshold) – if desired
4) We’ll do a release ritual to clear old energy that no longer serves your path forward
5) You’ll receive a guided mediation to support your integration, along with the session recording
